Maximize school breaks with ALCNY camps for full English immersion! From art to themed projects, we ensure fun and genuine learning. Join us and embrace the New York mindset of creativity and excitement!
This spring, children don’t just read stories — they create them.
Storybook Come Alive is an immersive creative camp in full English immersion where children invent original stories and bring them to life through art, theatre, illustration, photography, and filmmaking.
Every activity naturally develops English communication skills while children play, create, and collaborate.
Each day, students design characters, build story worlds, perform scenes, illustrate key moments, and explore simple cinema techniques. The week ends with a final showcase where children proudly present their story creations.
Where Stories Escape Their Pages
Inspired by worlds like Mary Poppins and Harry Potter.
One morning, the camp library opens… and the stories refuse to stay inside their books.
Umbrellas begin to fly, mysterious letters appear, potions start bubbling in strange bottles, and the portraits seem to be watching.
Campers step into the story as the heroes.
They invent new characters, design magical objects, stage enchanted scenes, and bring to life stories that have never been written before.
The Kingdom of Stories
Inspired by timeless tales like The Three Little Pigs and the great traditions of storytelling.
The camp transforms into a living kingdom of stories.
Villages rise from imagination, clever houses are built, mischievous wolves wander nearby, and unexpected heroes change the fate of the tale.
Children become the creators of this story kingdom.
They reinvent classic tales, twist the endings, imagine bold new characters, and build their own legends through theater, art, and storytelling.
This camp strengthens imagination, confidence, teamwork, and creative thinking — while offering a joyful and inspiring holiday experience.
Small groups and dedicated instructors ensure every child feels supported, engaged, and confident to express themselves in every possible way. English is our communication language, but expression goes far beyond words — through movement, art, performance, design, and storytelling. Every child finds their voice, their style, and their creative spark.

This spring, ALCNY opens a dedicated space for teens curious about fashion, beauty, and visual creation.
Not a traditional class, but a place to explore, experiment, and understand how images are built — from the heritage of iconic maisons such as Hermès, Dior, and Chanel to today’s visual culture.
Students are guided through a journey across time:
going back to the origins of these great houses, understanding how and why they were created, how their codes were built, and how they evolved into the visual world we see today.
Throughout the week, they move step by step —
from observing and gathering inspiration, to sketching, experimenting, and ultimately creating their own images, informed by both heritage and contemporary aesthetics.
